Kindred to the Phoenix rising from the ashes we will release what no longer serves us from past & invoke our intentions for the NOW Year!
Facilitated by Nicole Georgi Costello of New World Wellness this experience will include:
Welcome/Centering
Gentle Yoga
Yoga Nidra (Deep Relaxation)
Crystal Bowl Chakra Meditation
Phoenix Rising flame closing
What to bring?
Yoga mat
Pillow
2 Blankets
Eye covering (eye mask, scarf, small hand towel)
Water
Written note of what will be released & invoked. Example: I release unhealthy people pleasing. I invoke self-care & healthy boundaries. (Or other intention you resonate with)
Safety precautions for Covid-19:
*Event will be held in the spacious McKenzie Hall which has beautiful tall ceilings & surrounding doors on 3 sides that will be left open for constant fresh air.
*Limited to 15 spaces to allow for 7 feet between all participants.
*Sanitized space prior to use.
*Natural essential oil antibacterial & antiviral aromatherapy.
*Mandatory Mask wearing.
